AOBAOSI has made keg necks since 1998 and keg spears since 2000 for the A, S, D, G and M systems, plus keg couplers and the tools used to remove and overhaul spears. Since 30 September 2026 the spears have been made exclusively in the new Lishui plant. The plant is new; the experience comes from 26 years of spear manufacturing.

Type A · flat spear
Round flange resting on top of the neck. The most common system in Europe.

Keg couplers
Several thousand are in stock, in the versions for type A and type S, for Germany and Poland. We source the other systems and fit them on request.

Valve seal and body seal, both ex stock, for type A and type S. EPDM, base material from AVK in Denmark.
How we ship
We ship full boxes; every length has its own box size. An order quantity is rounded up to the next full box. From 1,000 pieces per delivery, graduated prices apply for keg makers and refurbishers – they are in the partner area.
And if the spear is to be fitted
We replace spears as part of a keg overhaul, on site at your brewery, or we supply material, tools and instructions for fitting them yourself.

We ship full boxes only; we do not sell single spears. Choose the shape and length and enter the number of boxes – or the quantity you need in pieces, and the calculator rounds up to the next full box.

AOBAOSI has supplied keg necks to international keg manufacturers since 1998, and has developed and made its own spears since 2000. The new Lishui plant is the next step, not the first.

Spear, keg neck and keg coupler are matched to each other. All threaded spears screw into the keg neck with 2″–14 TPI to BS 84. The keg coupler fits the spear of its system.

AOBAOSI in four answers
What does AOBAOSI make?
Keg spears for the A, S, D, G and M systems, stainless steel keg necks and keg couplers. Since 2026 the spears have been made at the Lishui plant, the necks in Ruian, and the couplers in Ruian and Lishui, Zhejiang Province.
Are AOBAOSI products certified?
Yes. Spears and keg couplers are tested to DIN 6650-5 and carry the SK marks SK 448-002 to SK 448-005 (DGUV Test NV 24813 to NV 24816). The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
How many keg spears can AOBAOSI supply?
The Lishui plant is designed for up to 16,000 spears a day, with two fully automatic assembly lines for type A and type S.
